My tutor was amazing! He broke everything down. Instead of giving me the answers he phrased it in ways that I could discover the answer on my own. My tutor also made sure I understood the material and phrased it in different ways so I can identify the answers in future problems.

I would definitely benefit from a session where I can speak with someone live versus all the pinging back and forth. The having to constantly text/ping while trying to use the whiteboard that isn't the easiest to use or read, wastes a lot of valuable time.

sharing a file was very difficult, and copying and pasting was even worse. the tutor couldnt see or they couldnt see all of it. also the fact that the tutor doesnt have audio is frustratiing with math.

I can't draw on your white board with my stylus I can only draw with me pressing on the mouse pad with my finger, which is very hard to do. Also, after I leave a text bubble I can't go back and edit what I wrote (that's what I have to do since I can't draw). And out of nowhere the work I did in my text bubble disappears and only leaves a little bit of what I wrote.
