Joshua Phillip helped me a lot. He did the calcuations and then taught me how to do them on the white board. This is a model I would suggest for the tutoring sessions. If I don't know how to do calculations, trying to walk me through it step-by-step wastes time.

The service is good, and I am very grateful that it is available to me, as it is a very important resource for me to utilize. I found the tutor to be a little bit pushy and wasn't very informative in certain areas of answering my questions. All in all, I think it was just the specific tutor rather than the service itself.
