It was good. Typing over each other and interpreting mathematic formulas over chat was a bit challenging. I spent an hour on 1 problem with the tutor, when I intended to cover 2. I think the efficiency could be increased if there were tutors available with audio. Next time I will try to make the most of the time by trying to land a tutor with audio. But Kyle did a great job helping me through chat. It just took us a while to complete it by texting back and forth.

The response time was slow even when there was a thank you or good bye. And, the first tutor said he didn't have microsoft word so he couldn't open up the print out of the problem and that wasted 10 minutes until he transferred me.

I really like how this tutor made me feel at ease to ask questions. Sometimes I get nervous when the tutor seems distant or standoffish. Really it's hard to tell through chat how some people which is why I'm disappointed I'm never able to find a tutor that uses chat.

I think it should be more tutor's with audio capability as typing and keeping up with a chat while trying to learn or understand help can be challenging at time or another option is to call in for tutor audio help for those that prefer that method.
