I was confused on a word problem about earthquakes and Richter scale; I had the answer from guessing using some of the data/information, but I didn't know how the formula worked. They walked me through what the formula variables stood for, explained what certain terms meant, and helped me understand how I got the answer so that I may apply the steps for future similar problems thank you:))

The tutor did not explain the concept very well in a way that I understood. They said the formulas, but didn't really say how to use them.

I found it hard to use and explain my needs to the tutor, I felt that didn't communicate well and had lots of typos which made it hard to keep track of what was going on. Personally I wish the school just provided more/better in-person tutoring services.

This is helpful but maybe it would be more helpful if the student and tutor could hear each other audibly. Because I am student that already is have difficult understanding math. So to get on here and not be able to hear the tutor explain the problem is difficult. And it because stressful because I thought the tutors were rushing me but I realize your system have a clock that runs for and hour. How do I get the steps the tutor shared with me? The tutor was helpful. Thank you.
