If you can't share the screen to see the technical problem that the student has in ArcGIS they should have a separate system for geography students. All geography material is visual. You need to share images in real time.

oh my gosh, my tutor was SO helpful. I know for a fact that I wouldn't be able to pass the classes I struggle with, if SNHU didn't offer this service. I have never been to a school that offers this, let alone for free. My tutor guided me in the right direction, and without doing it for me, she was able to guide me to write a hypothesis I was struggling with. 10/10 definitely recommend.
