Career Experience
Currently, I am a professor with 12 years of experience teaching freshman to doctoral level courses at a 4-year university. I have experience teaching anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, neuroscience and pathophysiology.
I Love Tutoring Because
as a college professor, I have a passion for helping students master STEM concepts and achieve their academic goals. I have coined the most rewarding aspect of teaching the “lightbulb moment”. In that instant, the pupil discovers their own ability to master concepts previously thought to be convoluted and/or boring. I engage students in pursuit of this experience for the student by presenting the student with facts about a particular concept then require them to draw conclusions based upon those facts.
