LGBT Support Groups: The Rainbow Alliance provides support for students, staff, and faculty. The group also provides educational programs for gay, lesbian, and transgender individuals.
Minority Support Groups: There are several orgnaizations for specific ethnic groups that provide mulitcultural programs for the campus community. In addition, there is a department called the Office of Multicultural Studnet Affairs that is charged with providing support and retention programs for students of color. Student Organizations include: Latinos Unidos, Black Student Union, Parkside Asian Orgnaization, Parkside International Club and the Students of India.
