Prerequisites are eight semester hours each (with lab) of Biology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Physics and three semester hours of Biochemistry. Six semester hours each of Social or Behavioral Science and English are also required. An applicant’s GPA is evaluated with consideration given to the academic institution and the rigor of courses taken. The MCAT is required and scores must be from within three years of matriculation. For applicants who have retaken the exam, the latest set of scores is weighed most heavily.
